but the 8 times charges happened in the same time.
its not like the user is subscribing for 8 periods.
It's while she was trying to make the purchase, she encountered an error. The infomation of confirming purchase kept poping out, so she confirmed it for 8 times.
altho there is only one purchasing record in itune store, she has been charged for 8 times from credit card company.
I am wondering why? how does it happen? it supposely shouldnt allow ppl to buying same item without noticing that they are double buying.

Contact the credit card company so they can block any further charges from Apple until the issue is resolved.

That's what we suggested the user to do now.
We guessed those charges the user claimed are just in withold status..not really been charged.
but we want to solve this problem trying to figured out where the bug is... it has happened several times.
Do you know where can I report this problem to apple?
