I dont kno how to change language for my account, my relative made my account with russian language, but i want english how to i switch back, its russian flag in app store when i change it, it logs me out im confused plz help

If you are using the Russian iTunes Store, then Russian is the only language available to you. The Russian iTunes Store is not available in English.
