You might give Blizzard a phone call. It's possible that if you give them your serial number, they may be able to replace that disk for a nominal fee.

You don't need to set up a separte partition.
There is the os x installer for this very problem

    http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/diablo2/..._Installer.dmg

Once you go to the site it will immediatly begin the installer download.

Though you made need the actual disks for the install. But like Don

said you could attempt contacting them.

Or What I've done in the past is used clear car polishing wax. It works

super well. Just coat it, let it sit for a minute and wipe it carefully off

with a soft cotton rag. It will still look scratchy but it fills in the holes

    pretty well.

Unless it is beyond repair. If that's the case... Good Luck sir!

    Hi,

you can get the right version from torrents if you look for:

"Diablo 2 with LoD expansion (En) (PC/Mac Hybrid) (Mac os X)"

    or

"(Mac) Diablo 2 + Lord of Destruction"
