I have no idea what is causing this. I am running OSX 10.7 and it is a Mid 2010 MBP. My computer freezes and becomes unresponsive, no matter what. Sometimes if I close it, it will go to a black screen, and then nothing will happen. Sometimes if I close it, it stays the same, frozen. I have to hold the power button to turn it off and then back on. I can't replicate it, it will just happen at random times, sometimes while I'm on the internet, and other times I can be typing a Word document. Today it did something new, every time I tried to open an app (I tried iCal, Firefox and ThunderBird) the app would not open, except for iCal, which just froze. After a restart it worked. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you very much
