Q: I cannot purchase final cut x.  Message says please contact I-tunes support to complete this transaction.

I downloaded the free trial of Final Cut Pro X.  It has expired, and I am trying to pay for the app now, but I keep getting a message saying "please contact I-tunes support to complete this transaction".  Then another message comes up saying "We could not complete your request.  There was an error in the app store, please try again later. (100)".  Then in the backround, a new safari window pops up and is trying to connect to the i-tunes store, but never does.

 

I have no problem logging into I-tunes or the apple store with my user name and ID.  I can download songs from I-tunes as well.  Just not sure if this is a common problem or not
