There seems to a problem with that book which the publisher doesn't appear to have fixed if you are still getting errors on it e.g.
You could try deleting and re-downloading it. Otherwise as I replied in that first link :

No - re-download it via the Purchased tab at the bottom of the Store in the iBooks app : re-downloading.
