I want to replace the 2nd of the two HDs; the one without the Lion server software. Once I open the mini, how do I physically identify the non-Lion drive?

Mac mini Server (Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

I think using System Preferences>Startup Disk will show which is Server, but barring that, pull only the SATA cable from one & startup with the Option key & see which one boots.

Hmmm, maybe Disk Utility & the blue Info icon?

I'd suspect the 1st one to be...

    IODeviceTree:/PCI0/SATA@1F,2/PRT0@0/PMP@0
