You can try repairing LDAP.  Try this:

1:  Stop LDAP on OD Master

    sudo launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.openldap.slapd.plist

2:  Stop LDAP on OD Replica (if present)

    sudo launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.openldap.slapd.plist

3:  Run recover tool on Master

    sudo db_recover -v -h /var/db/openldap/openldap-data/

    4:  Start ldap on Master

    sudo launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.openldap.slapd.plist

5:  Start ldap on replica (if present)

    sudo launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.openldap.slapd.plist

Beyond that post what is going on in system.log and opendirectory.log?

In Server Admin what does it say about the Open Directory status?  Is everything running?  That will help us help you on next steps.

What is the status of the OD service in Server Admin?  The log files will come next.

    Thank you

Any success fixing this issue? I have the same issue now... LDAP is running, but seems to be in a reboot loop. Password and kerberos are both not running. Same log entries above noted in this discussion.

    Thanks in advance!
