1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download in there. Finish off the download
2a. Go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out.
2b. Reboot the iPad
2c. Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will update.
