May 18, 2012 12:50 AM in response to ScarySheryby JohnS1996,You can try to plug it on the charger and see if it opens again. If not try to hold the lock and the home button simultaneously for some seconds and if you see the apple logo your ipod will boot in normal mode

May 18, 2012 1:07 AM in response to ScarySheryby JohnS1996,Have you tried to keep pressing the lock and the home button until you see the apple logo? Your ipod touch might be in recovery mode. If this doesn't work try to connect it to your computer and see if itunes can see it. Then it is your choice if you want to restore or download TinyUmbrella and click get out of recovery mode.
