I can't view my itunes account. When I try, it keeps reloading, asking me for my apple id and password. I updated software and enabled cookies on my browsers (as suggested by apple), but nothing has worked so far. Any insights?

Q: Solution didn't work.
Problem fixed itself in the morning. Maybe the computer just needed to shutdown.
