kingstone r 4gb memory cause of boot up freezing

any one can help me to resolve give me an idea why my macbook pro 13 model mid 2010 freeze when i was trying to upgrade to 8 gb ram using 2 pc kingstone memory card ddr3.

 

tried to boot up on safe mode it was freezed also,

tried reset of pram freezed also,

 

trie to remove one 4 gb kingstone memory and replaced by the original 2 gb memory booted up well,tried to swap 4gb kingstone memory ddr3 to one another,booted up well also,

 

but if tried to remove the original 2 pc 2 gb ram and placed 1 or 2 pc 4 gb kingstone memory ddr3 it will freeze,

 

 

help me guys,thanks
