On your computer's iTunes you can login to your account via Store > View My Account, and towards the top of your account's page there should be a Payment Information line with an Edit button to the right of it

I have same problem, but if I try edit a Credit Card data, I get a notification: "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method."

Can I change my credit through my iphone
