Have you created an image with the Windows drivers from the Boot Camp Assistant on the Mac OS X partition? If you haven't then you definitely should. Check this out:
It's actually as simple as launching "Boot Camp Assistant" in Finder->Applications->Utilities and then just checking create Windows drivers. You need a CD/DVD or any drive pretty much in MS-FAT32 format if I'm not mistaken.

Look for "How to install ATI Drivers"
Involves uninstall what you installed thru Apple Windows Support Software using Driver Sweeper (3.2) first before you can manually update latest AMD for your gpu

I find questions like where and how and what... to fall into the "I don't know how to use the internet" and I've never had to find and research on my own" category.
