Hi,

I just bought the new IPad and its taking me through the setup screens, when I get to the wi-fi setup I see my router (2WIRE) I click on it, I put in the password and it says "Not correct Password" I know it is the correct password, I even changed it in the router and it still says "Not correct Password" I tried putting in the passcode that is in brackets under the router and still I get "Not correct password". I also cannot get passed the initial setup prompt for wi-fi so I can go into the settings and see whats goin on. What can I do? Please help, thanks

Try power cycling the router. That helps in some cases.

Check the maufacterer's site for a firmware update or replace the modem. Had a similar issue solved with a replacment.

Your MAC filtering in 2wire router is on. you either have to turn it off for now or add the MAC ID of you Macbook to the list and try. I am pretty sure this is the problem.
