I am putting appointments on my iPhone 4 and they post to iCloud, but they will not post to Outlook 2010 calendar. When I click Refresh button in Outlook to refresh the calendar from iCloud, nothing happens. I have my iPhone set up to sync calendars via iCloud. I have the latest version of iTune and IOS.

I have the same exact issue; appointments entered via the iPhone or iPad do not make it to Outlook.    However, If I add the appointment directly to the iCloud calendar, it will sync to the Outlook iCloud calendar.  Any Ideas?  I've reinstalled the iCloud control panel to no avail.

I have the same problem using outlook 2007. It has been working perfectly for more than a year. The only change I know I made recently before it stopped working was to update my Norton Internet Security to 2012, so maybe I need to make some changes there (but I do not know which).

Same issue. No Solution.  Outlook 2010 can export to iCloud Calendar, but not import from it.  iPhone can import and export without any problems.  The concerning issue is that this did work and for some reason stopped. I tried disabling my Antivirus, thinking that it was somehow connected to a new update, but that didn't fix the problem.  I tried reinstalling the "Refresh iCloud" add-on, and still nothing.

    I had the identical problem

[iPhone-iCloud-Outlook] didn't work, only into the Cloud, while [Outlook-iCloud-iPhone] worked perfectly. the refresh button never changed anything.

just now I tried to "fix" instead of "uninstall" the iCloud software from my PC and it asked me then to sort of set up the iCloud anew. Despite duplicates (of entire calendars, not calendar entries) which I now deleted with a single mouse click, everything worked perfectly.

it's a bit weird that this simple solution did it for me after hours of reading through all the forums. maybe the iCloud software was renewed without letting us know we needed to update it.

I am making and changing appts on my iPhone, but they are not showing up in Outlook.  This just started.  I am so concerned that I don't have my life reflected in Outlook.

What does it mean to "fix" it in Outlook.  That didn't connect to specific actions that I can try, too.

I don't know how to "fix" either. If you were able to get an answer to your question, please let me know.

with "fixing" I probably chose a wrong English term, as my Windows is in German. But in the Windows Control Panel where you have an overview of your installed programs and where you can de-install them, there is sometimes an option [deinstall] AND another option [change] or [repair], or whatever it is in the English version.

that's what I chose, but I am aware it should not be any different from a complete re-installation, and so I remain surprised but happy that this fixed exactly the here described problem for me

you may also want to follow the thread here, kind of a double post, but it could be that better solutions will show up there at some point.

thank you for your feedback, svoyles1

I simply deleted the calendar duplicate with a right-click and then "delete calendar" after I checked and compared a couple of calendar entries to make sure that it was in fact an identical duplicate of the entire calendar.
