I was trying to just update iTunes, but it told me that it can't find Bonjour.msi.  So I tried to uninstall the file/program Bonjour 1.10MB (which looks like a blank page, not the actual icon). Windows Installer says this; "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

So, I was instructed by an IT person to uninstall and reinstall iTunes from start. I unistalled any and all Apple programs, except Bonjour. I redownloaded iTunes and began install. It was interupted when it said it can't locate or replace the old verison of Bonjour.

What do I do? I'm certainly not very savy with computers, but I know most of the basic things. Someone please help me??

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Also, does Bonjour have anything to do with Home Sharing? I can't seem to access my iTunes via my iPhone 4S. I have followed everything that it instructs me to do.

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/184/18487137-1.gif thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time?
