My chargers are getting hot when I charge my iPad 1, is that normal?

Is the charger the one that came with your iPad? A charger can get warm, but shouldn't get "hot".

The best and most efficient charger to use with your iPad is the charger that came with your iPad!

agreed, like I said use the original one that came with it.  You would be surprised with how different apple chargers are.  They really are much more advanced. the New iPad charger even more so, here is a cool article explaining this.

I have 4 different chargers and ALL of them, even the one that came with it get extremely hot when I charge my IPad very quickly. There's defiantly an issue with this. All my chargers are From Apple.....but it has not made any difference!
