Q: iPod Touch Registered Name

How do I change the registered name of iPod Touch? Not the name in iTunes, but the person who the iPod Touch is registered to.

You must unregister it in the Apple ID of the old owner and register it in your Apple ID in this page

I can unregister it, but if I want to re-register it with a different user name, it doesn't allow me to. It just re-registers it under my name again. Any idea how to re-register it with a new name?
