....Or restored to a single partition"  - "The startup disk must be formatted as a single mac OS extended (journaled) volume or already partitiioned by bootcamp assistant for installing windows"

I'm trying to install windows, via bootcamp on my i7 MBP with 750GB HD. I'm running Lion, 10.7.3.  I have about 300BG left, so this error is strange.  I have reformatted my drive, reinstalled everything via time machine, and still I get this error.

Please help if you have any advice.  Some people have said I need to defrag my HD, but that's rubbish.  I looked at the fragmentation and there's pretty much none.

Anyone have a good link or advice on this error?
