I can't set up new apple ID for my IPAD 2. Whenever I try to create new account, it will always say I should contact ITunes Support. Please what should I do. I need your prompt response. Tans in anticipation.

Why not simply use your existing AppleID?

See I have followed the whole process of creating an Apple ID. But it will ask me to contact ITunes support to complete my transaction. Pls wat do I do.
Try clicking on that link that I gave, then Express Lane > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management and then try Managing Or Editing iTunes Store account
