There have been some problems accessing pages on the Apple web site. If the hyperlink gives you a "We're sorry" message, try again.

May 28, 2012 7:18 PM in response to conan1954by terry ray,make sure cable is pluged into IPAD and other end into USB on computer. Then make sure iTUNES is downloaded and installed on your computer. Then start up itunes on computer and after a minute or so it should automatically start sync photos and transfer once you select the folder on computer to transfer from. Default folder is my pictures on windows PC. But I found no way to change that folder once you pick the default or some other one.

I don't see my ipad listed in the devices on the laft hand side in itunes at all . There is nothing to link .
