I accidently dropped my shuffle into some water and now my computer doesn't recognize it when I plug it in.  Suggestions?

Did you let it sit in a baggie of uncooked rice for a few days to let it thoroughly dry out? If not, the iPod's circuitry was probably fried when you tried powering it on and connecting to iTunes. It'll likely need to be replaced.
