I found a solution that worked for me in some other posts, delete the song from the cloud, then delete the original from iTunes but select "keep file", update imatch in the store menue, then add the old song. This fixed most of my errors the first time but I had to re-do this on a few songs a second time. Really frustrating. Hopefully now that it all appears to work there will not be any other ssues.

Did the method you describe (tommiesatellite) retain your playcounts, ratings etc? I have a large number of smart playlists that will be impacted, so a reset would be my last resort.

It appears that the play counts, rating etc are deleted. Not a big deal to me on my effected songs but I can see how that could be major bad.

Exactly the same for me. After updating to 5.0.1, some of my songs give me that "unavailable for download" message. As far as I can see, only pruchased songs.
