The support page is excellent - I wish that Boot Camp Assistant would launch web browser and take everyone there (and print out Install Guide).
If you open Help menu in Boot Camp Assistant it also has tips and references.

Questions about burning Windows 7 ISO to DVD
Did Windows come on physical DVD disc?
Was Windows 7 electronic (from school or elsewhere) as ISO that you burn to DVD disc ?
Rule #1: If it is an ISO then Apple Disk Utility will not burn proper to DVD unless burn speed is set to 2x (slowest burn speed possible, and verify the burn).
You have Windows in your DVD Superdrive
You downloaded the Windows support software from Boot Camp Assistant
You set aside 80GB partition for Windows (BOOTCAMP, which must be formatted in Windows Install (Target: Advanced - Options) to NTFS
