Straight from Apple:
Yes. You can change the answers to the security questions provided when you originally signed up for your Apple ID. Go to My Apple ID and click Manage your account.

Sign in, ID and password
Click Password &security on left.
Enter new security questions and answers.
Save. Sign out.

Jun 11, 2012 8:56 AM in response to alanfromnewtownardsby Copely,I have the same issue, but I'm there and i tried to answer the questions but it said "The Authentication Information provided does not match our records, please verify your personal inofrmation and try again"
Buuuut, the whole issue is that I forgot the answers, and i need them to beable to verify my account and download stuff on my new ipod...
