Q: i got an email from itunes for a free iphone 4s but i never got the i phone so what do i do?

Please explain. iTunes doesn't send emails for free iPhones.

It was from iTunes? I doubt that, it was appearing to be from iTunes but that's how scams work. Ask yourself this: What did I do to cause Apple to give me a $600 phone, did I enter a competition that I can't remember?

Change the password on your iTunes/AppleID and move on.

How can you know that?

I could send you an email that said it was from Elvis Presley, but it wouldn't be true.
