When I try to make in-app purchases it tells me to contact iTunes support, what should I do?

this is a terrible support referral. The point is there is no support at that link for this error
Seriously? You need to sell your iPhone, quit using iTunes & find something else.
If you look at the bottom of the page on the link, there is a link to 'contact support'. When someone gets an error message to contact iTunes support, that is what they should do.
