it will not magically apear on a new computer.
Copy it from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer.

Aug 30, 2016 5:49 AM in response to Aly2379by turingtest2,Unless you've taken active steps to backup your pics nothing is backing them up either. See Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy. The same tool that I suggest for iTunes can also be used to backup your other personal data.
