It would also help if you gave us some information. This is sort of like saying, "Unable to start my car"?

There is no Outlook available on your iPhone, that is a mail client. Are you trying to set up an Exchange account from your work?

you can cehck your email server sttings from outlook settings section, then do the same settings on the phone.
