Q: my charger is keeping my computer on, but the % continues to read 0%

How come when my charger is connected to the computer, the computer works, but the % does not change? Does that mean that my battery is dead?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info, then select Power from the left hand column of the System Profiler. Copy and paste the Battery Information back here.
