Hi there , i am using snow leopard 10.5.8 , and i want to upgrade it to Lion . what are the requirments .

    If you are using Mac OS X 10.5.8 it is Leopard.  Then you need to upgrade to Snow Leopard, purchase the DVDs for $30, install and upgrade on-line to 10.6.8 from whatever version is installed, then download and install Lion, 10.7 from the app store for $30.  You could also purchase the Lion Flash Drive installation version and go directly to Lion, but that is $70 I believe so doesn't save you anything except the time it takes to install SL and then download Lion.

    Hi brody, yes thought about the tips pages but decided to just go quick and dirty and if the OP was still interested point to the details...I know, should have done that in the first place, but it is Friday.
