ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it.  No one else at all.

Contact that carrier and ask if they offer that service and if you qualify.

Do you think the sites which claims to unlock UNLIMITED iphones at 49-57 $ are fake ?? or they do it from the carrier ??

Hi, I have a question for you. Two years ago, my friend gave me a gift, an iPhone. As you know my iPhone has a sim lock. Last week I called AT&T call center and telling my sitution. I said: I don't live in USA and therefore I can't use my iPhone. They said to me: You don't have AT&T commitment, so we can't unlock your iPhone but Apple can. So how can you help me about this problem? Thank you.

Fake. Do NOT use one of these sites. They will hack your phone.

There is no way to unlock your phone. AT&T has already told you they will not.

Is there any chance to get bill by e-mail?

A) Bill for what? Why don't you ask whoever the bill is coming from?

Ignore any posts you may have seen here telling you to go to an AT&T unlock website (which is NOT affiliated with AT&T) - they basically just charge money to hack your phone, while authorized AT&T unlocking is free (if you are an AT&T customer and meet their requirements). Unauthorized hacking to unlock will make your iPhone not function properly.

Apple NEVER unlocks iPhones.  Only the mobile carrier that the phone is "locked" to can unlock it. Only them.

You can call AT&T and see if they will unlock the phone. That is your only supported option.
