My iPhone was unlock from AT&T carrier 24 hours ago, but I still cant activate it via iTunes - what i must to do?

there are only:
"We`re sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time" in iTunes, and only "Eject" on "Device - mouse right button click". I cant restore by "right click".
Maybe give AT&T a call. I think you have to wait a few days.
some other ppl wait about 20 hours, i wait more 30 hours... may be i must wait longer, i hope - problem only in this, but i dont know
