Jun 25, 2012 12:51 PM in response to Klaus1by gcnaz,I have used several types of printers between home and work. All of them seem to be the same when it comes to the options in the print queue. (I am trying to print from Safari, Firefox, Preview, etc) I have tried all of the options when it comes to Paper Handling, Color Matching, Color Sync and none of them give me the option to print black & white or greyscale. Not sure what else to try?
