Same situation here for the last 2 weeks: I have an atv2 and atv3, have tried at different places, at a friends' house, different ISPs, reset the atv and router, change passwords, even tried different Netflix accounts without results. I only get a message saying "Netflix is not available. Please try again later." meanwhile it works perfectly in the ipad and PS3.

Same here. I have an ATV 720 p/ios 5.0 and Netflix works fine, while on my ATV 1080p/ios 5.0.2 my Netflix stopped working. "Netflix unavailable". Could it be the software version?
