If you downgrade to Snow Leapard you can. It has X11 installed on it which allows you to run power PC applications. I only know this because I used to play that game until I upgraded to Lion
The good news is your machine is powerful enouph to run a VM with windows installed on it. Then just buy the game for Windows and play it on the VM.
Parallels is another solution, I hear its very user friendly
or do boot camp. The VM is better though

Thank you both! I contacted Aspyr Support and they say that RTC 3 run well on Intel HD 3000! My problem is finally solved and I'm gonna buy this game!

I've noticed i am suffering the same dilemma! I already have RCT3 from a previous PC. However, i really really want to play this on my Mac and can not for the life of me figure out how to play it, Don't suppose you can help me please?
