Developer Registration does not work...

I am trying to fill out the online registration form to register to the apple developer program as an individual.


The form will not let me past the first section "Enter Account Info". I enter the info into all the fields and click on continue and it redirects me back.


It seems as though it is asking me to select a state however I have selected the country "New Zealand" and there are no states in the state dropdownlist...


I cannot find anywhere to contact apple for assistance with their website... Can anyone here help me out with this?

    Hi everyone,


    I started following the enrollment registration process as an agency developer. Then I received this mail from Apple which says to send them the documentation needed for my program enrollment, adding this last point in the end of the mail:


    "If we do not receive your information within the next seven (7) days, we will assume you are no longer interested in continuing your enrollment and will withdraw your request."


    Unfortunately more then 7 days passed by. In fact I see right now in my Program Summary section that my Developer Program Status shows a yellow triangle icon with a red written line:


    "Enrollment Pending"


    I don't know the exact meaning of that.


    Does it mean my registion has been quitted? So do I have to enroll with a new Apple Developer profile, with new e-mail and new password?


    One more thing.

    I didn't send yet documents requested, so should i send them holding this first account or should I enroll with a new one then send all documents needed?

    It can take up to a week or two in 99% of the cases. Unfortunately my account has been like this for over 4 months. I had to register a new account in the end. Currently asking for a refund from Apple for the first account since obviously this is an error on their side. I tried everything that their technical support asked me (different browsers, different OS's, different computers, different networks, cleared cache, different routers), over a 6 week period with no luck.

    Well, right now I got confirmation about received documents and payed for the 79€ iOS Developer Program. I'll wait for Apple e-mail confirmation then.

    Did you manage to resolve it, I seem to have the same issue. I part way completed Business registration and then changed my mind as I realised self-employed won't count....

    I just decided it would be easier to creater a new account... so I did.

    I'm having the same problem.
    I don't know it seems that i need a new account


    I hope apple fix like issues faster
