TS1868 If I send email from iPad exchange account, it does not appear in send box of either iPad or laptop exchange account. Problem appeared recently. How to correct ?

When I send email using outlook (microsoft exchange) in iPad, the send message does not appear in the send box on both iPad and laptop. But if I send from my laptop, it appears in both my iPad and laptop send box. This problem occurs only recently.

I don't have this problem with yahoo, gmail or hotmail account account in my iPad.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 5.1.1
