Q: Accepted application not showing

When I purchased my MAC it did not come with a rescue disc, with this said the iPhoto application is gone and when I try to download it from the App store, it states that the application has already been accepted and go to purchases and download it, it not there. How do I re-install if the App is not in purchaes?
