Q: my 1 week old new ipod classic doesnt seem to play certain albums/songs that play fine in itunes and fine on my old ipod. any ideas why?

i have just purchased a new ipod classic about a week ago and it wont play certain songs/albums and stops them halfway through the track. if you fast forward past the spot it plays and it plays perfectly on itunes and on my old i[od. any ideas?? HELP

    Since the iPod is only a week old, I would consider returning it to Apple or wherever you purchased it from and showing them what is happening.  If they decide that the unit is faulty, they'll swap it out for you at no cost.
