Well, sorry, I wasn't clear. I had seen that article, however there are some minor points: It requires an internet connection and there is no option for booting up from a dvd disk.
Somewhere in the article it says: "Installing Lion on an external storage device >Install OS X Lion"
There 's no solution for customers who purchased their Lion by buying the MBP. I don't know whether it is really a bug that my App Store doesn't show a "Install Mac OS X Lion" (as the article claims) or those Apple guys completely ignored their customers' needs..
By pressing Command+R during the startup I get into that "Mac OS X Utilities". Then I go into the Disk Utility and I am able to see the hidden "disk 1" which contains the "Mac OS X Base System". If I burn this image into a dvd, will this be regarded as a bootable installer disk?

"Mac OS X Base System".
That's not an installer. That is the Recovery partition.
Clone your Mac to an external drive using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper. If your hard drive crashes, you can boot from the Clone and then clone to the new drive.
