Navigate to the photo sheet page (the one with the thumbnails) tap the edit button in the top right corner, tap the photos you want to delete to select them, tap the delete button in the bottom right corner. -

Jul 27, 2012 5:31 AM in response to Winston Churchillby dhboone1,No nothing appears. Took iPad to apple store and they told me photos that have been synced to the iPad via iCloud could be deleted. That is stupid designing, I know, but only photos taken with the device can be deleted. So I will unsynch my photos on iCloud and delete them all. I'll find another app to manage synch my photos between my iPad and my computer. Apple if you're reading this, please fix the Photos app on the iPad. It it should never have been released without a way to delete individual pictures that are synced to the mobile device, regardless of the original. Stop thinking like a "software engineer" and put on your "customer" hat...think like the consumer. Thanks.

Oct 3, 2013 9:54 PM in response to dhboone1by John Annis,I deleted photos from my iCloud on iPhoto. Now it shows an EMPTY thumbnail that I can't remove. Also, under RECENT it show an iCloud with a name that will not delete.

All this on iMac 27, all up to date.
