You will need to find a 3rd party web host to upload your website to. Depending on the version of iWeb you are using you have a couple of publishing options:
iWeb '09 (3.0.4) you can publish to an FTP Server or a local folder
iWeb '08 you can publish your website to a local folder
I have been using IX Webhosting for several years with little to no problems "usually the problem was something I did" and they have been quick to solve any issue I have come across. The have plans that start at $3.95 a mo (USD) and their customer service is top notch.
I may receive some form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from my recommendation or link.

iWeb has two other ways to publish your website...
... and there's plenty of choices for hosting. See this page for some pointers on choosing a hosting service...
If you have a domain name for your site you wil need to contact the registrar to get help with pointing it at the new location. If you were using a web.me.com address you should register a domain name and most hosting services will do this for you for free.
You should also update the SEO for your site once its moved...

Purchase a domain name if you don't already have one and purchase a hosting account - GoDaddy and HostExcellence are possibilities. Then all you need to do is upload your site from iWeb to your new server and that is it. You can do this by using the iWeb 09 built in ftp or by publishing to a local folder and using an ftp programme such as Cyberduck to upload your site to your server.
You either need to find your site in iWeb or find your domain.sites file in your User/Library/Application Support/iWeb/domain.sites and double click it and iWeb will open it and then re-publish.
If you can't find it then do a Spotlight search or download the App Find Any File.
If you don't have that, then you'll need to re-build from scratch or try and download your published site from MobileMe by mounting your iDisk on your Mac and downloading the files from there so that you can upload them to your new host/server.

you can no longer 'publish' to mobile me.
You need to publish to a folder on desktop.
Then you need ot buy domain web hosting space, and domain name!
I used www.123-reg.com
bought a 'multiple domain' host option, made several folders inside that folder and host all of my iweb sites there.
I bought FETCH, a cheap great FTP upload tool, and using that open the 123-reg domian folder i own, and drag each job into each relevant folder.
remember - you will need to add SEO key words first, make a site map - regsiter the site with google -
I use RAGE software for that. it adds meta tags etc. Ive learnt how to adpat iweb add head tags, then link to google places and give the site as much help as it needs for searches.
Need any help, just ask.
good luck, its got a little more complex now simple friendly mobile me is gone....
but it will make you learn more about how to boost SEO and site.
