Q: I bought an app for 4.99 and it not the app I needed. Can I get my money back or a credit?  It didn't do what I thought it would do.

I bought a 5 dollar app that didn't do what I understood it would do. Can I get my money back or even a credit? The app I bought I wanted it to zip a file video so I could get the video off my iPhone cause it took up all my hard drive space and it wouldn't zip a file from my phone like I understood it did. So since then I've found a free izip that did what I needed. Is there any way to get my money back and or return the app?F
