You don't need to download a new font. The font is already on your Mac, and you can simply move it to your Windows machine.
- Open Font Book on your Mac
- Find ChalkDuster, right click, and select 'Show in Finder'
- Copy that file to a flash drive formatted with a Windows-compatible file system (I recommend exFAT)
- Google how to install a font on Windows, although it should be pretty straightforward from there.
