My old iPhone 3GS was stolen and whoever has it is taking pictures that are showing up in my iCloud.  How do I wipe it or make sure they don't have access to my iCloud or other features?

Log into icloud.com and use Find my iPhone to track, lock, or wipe the phone.

Contact the police. Show them the pictures that are being taken. It may be a simple matter for them to track down the thief, especially with photographic evidence.
