Select the tracks in the iTunes window. Drag to the storage device.
Make sure they are a format that can be used by your player.

Ah, "Kind", I was looking for "file ext", etc. Now, if the "kind" is AAC and I need another format, is it possible to convert them?

Yes, in preferences set up your import settings, then right click on the tracks you need in a different format and use Create < Format> Version. New copies will be created in the target format.
