I requested repair for my ipod nano first gen, then was busy and could not send it in on time. Now my repair status is saying it was cancelled and i see no option to retry for the program. Has anyone else had this problem? or know of the solution?
You'll want to contact Apple Support by phone to explain what happened.
I have this problem and when I ring them it says I have no warranty and have to pay to speak to someone
You shouldn't have to. Continue to call them.
I think it's an automated response you get and you can't talk to a real person until you buy a one off warranty
There are different numbers you can call to try and reach and actual living entity.

Im having the same exact problem, every one i talk to refers me to a diffirent number, but they all cost $29.
There should have been a number listed in the repair email you received from Apple after submitting the request that you can call.
