Error codes - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2088?viewlocale=en_US
Error -41 mFulErr Memory full (open) or file won't fit (load)
As I see this - Most often it's due to that
• Main Start-Up (Mac OS) Hard disk - is filling up more than in a safe level.
I NEVER - go under 25Gb free space as
• Mac OS (is UNIX) needs lot's of space for it's temp files
• Application e.g. iMovie or iDVD - needs this for internal calculations
NON of this space can be used on External Hard Disk or elsewhere - MUST BE just Here.
alt.
• RAM - is filling up more than OK
Close Application
TURN OFF - Mac
This will set RAM use right when started next time.

Jul 10, 2012 11:18 PM in response to Bengt Wärlebyby jeannemance,Right, it turns out I had only one percent of space left on my Mac OS! Am deleting like crazy. Will then attempt it again.
If I had known that this was the problem, I would have tackled it right away instead of wasting all night trying different ways of preparing the movie. Interesting to see the error code list you identified -- the various Apple people I spoke with (Tech Support on the phone and Apple Store geniuses in person) had no idea what code -41 represented. Making this list more accessible would be a huge public service!
Thank you so much for your information. Much appreciated!
